I contracted as Head of Sales & Marketing for CircleHD, a b2b video platform founded 2015 by two former Microsoft developers. CircleHD had PayPal and Okta as beta customers. My role was to develop a g2m strategy, create the band story, design a new website, identify product friction, recommend new product workflows, fix zero visibility on Google search, target any company over 1,000 FTE, and sell new enterprise accounts.
In just seven months I designed the brand, put the funnel to video, created the sales stack, fixed friction in workflows, and achieved these results:
- Sold supplier video portal to #1 Wireless Telecom
- Generated 27x increase in product qualified leads. In just seven months companies that represent 567,000 FTE created a trial account (previous four years, 20,000 FTE total)
- New logos 4 (increase of 233%)
- Revenue increase ~ 100%
- From unranked to SEO #1 spot Google (for over four months) for their product category 'enterprise video platform'
